Ok, these burgers are amazing!!! I will post the recipe soon. I am a meat eater and I think I prefer these over most meat based burgers!

Yes! The texture is very much like a meat burger. I made them today for the first time and they were DELICIOUS! Boo ate them right up. I didn't have vegetable stock so used mushroom stock and a little chicken stock. I'm going to add some finely shredded carrots and zucchini next time for some added nutrients. They would make yummy meatballs, too.

BTW, I cooked some then froze them. Hopefully they'll hold up. Have you tried freezing them?

I glad you guys liked them! I do freeze them. In fact, I have four in the freezer now. But I froze them before they were cooked, which has worked well for me. Let me know how your method worked out.

The burgers defrosted just fine. They tasted just as good as they did right after they were made. I bought more walnuts today so I can whip up another batch.
