Boot Camp- Bento #14


top: buckwheat noodles with shiitake mushrooms, bok choy, ginger and scallion
bottom: spicy mandarin orange shrimp and snap peas with shaved daikon radish
side car snacks:
nut bar (not shown); kiwi, blueberry, and grape salad; hummus with cucumber and red pepper

TIME: 9 minutes to assemble, 30 minutes to cook all items
