top: leftover shrimp cakes from dinner, sugar snap peas, cherry tomatoes
bottom: carrot and radish salad with edamame frog, avocado
side car snacks: cubed peach, two previously frozen whole wheat banana muffins, cheese stick, and cashews
TIME: 18 minutes (including frog)
