Boot Camp- Bento #4

Today's bento is made up of leftovers from dinner last night.











top: cumin scented quinoa with pistachio and mint, grilled halibut, and pineapple-mango salsa

bottom: zucchini and corn succotash with feta and cilantro

side car snacks: walnuts, grape tomatoes, 2 plums from decaturs outdoor farmers market, cheese stick, blanched asparagus





TIME: 5 minutes (done night before)
